For organisations moving mail to Microsoft 365 but needing to keep legacy journal and leaver archives for 5–10 years. We keep them searchable and compliant until retention expires, then certify deletion or export.

Who owns the data?
You do. Contractually, and with a guaranteed exit (full export with chain-of-custody report).
Can we start managed in place and move to hosted later?
Yes, with preferential migration pricing.
Do you support Exchange Online / Microsoft 365?
Yes. EVaultOne archives Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) mailboxes and journals, as well as file servers and SharePoint.
How long does migration take?
It depends on archive size; the assessment gives you a fixed plan.
