These terms govern your use of the EVaultOne website at evaultone.com and evaultone.ae (the "Website"), operated by Virtech Software Trading LLC ("Virtech", "we", "us"), Office 605, Rania Business Center, Al Barsha 1, PO Box 36677, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Website you agree to these terms.

1. About the Website

The Website provides general information about EVaultOne, a managed Enterprise Vault service operated by Virtech. It does not form an offer or a contract. Any EVaultOne service is provided only under a separate written agreement, which will set out the scope, service levels, prices and terms that apply. Service descriptions, targets and features shown on the Website are summaries and may change.

2. No professional or regulatory advice

Information on the Website, including references to laws, regulators and compliance frameworks, is general and for information only. It is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Regulatory approvals and compliance decisions remain the responsibility of each organisation.

3. Intellectual property

The Website's content, design, text, graphics and the EVaultOne name and logo are owned by or licensed to Virtech. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, modify, republish or commercially use the content without our written permission.

Enterprise Vault is a trademark of its respective owner. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Exchange and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. EVaultOne is an independent managed service operated by Virtech and is not a product of, or endorsed by, those owners unless expressly stated.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems; interfering with its operation or security; submitting false, misleading or malicious information through its forms; or using automated means to scrape or overload it.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw the Website or any part of it at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
